Wrong Product Shipped

Change of Mind (Unopened Products)
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return unopened products in their original packaging and resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. A refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.

- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the product(s) in their original packaging if possible. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of shipment.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be processed only after inspection is complete.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned product and complete our inspection, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
